From holiday cookies to birthday cakes, special desserts often conjure fond family memories of the event at which they are served or loving thoughts about the loved ones who made them. Join this friendly competition by entering a cherished cake, cookies, cupcakes, or pie that represents a family memory.

Entries will be judged by food appearance, overall presentation, and taste. Please bring a copy of the recipe and a short description of the memory it represents. Advance reservation required.

Prizes awarded in Gift Certificates to The Shop at the Florence Griswold Museum. 1st Place: $100, 2nd Place: $75, 3rd Place: $50.

Entry drop-off 1pm. Judging 1:30-2:30pm. Prizes awarded and public viewing 3-4pm. Entry removal at 4pm.

Educational & Travel Program Refund Policy
No refunds for Broadway bus trips or Miss Florence’s Teas after transaction is complete. Refunds for programs over $20 are subject to a $20 cancellation fee. Refunds (less $20 fee) are offered for cancellations made prior to a program’s noted refund date. Programs without a refund date can be cancelled one hour prior to event.
